POLICY OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION.

• 1 Child up to 5 years old free in the parent's suite.

• All reservations will be confirmed after verification of the deposit, which is 50% of the total Reservation.

• The hotel accepts the following credit cards: VISA, VISA ELECTRON AND HIPERCARD.

LOW SEASON - JUNE TO NOVEMBER.

• If you cancel a reservation 15 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will refund 100% of the deposit.

• However, if you cancel a reservation less than 15 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will refund 70% of the deposit.

HIGH SEASON - DECEMBER TO MAY.

• If you cancel a reservation 15 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will refund 100% of the deposit.

• However, if you cancel a reservation less than 15 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will only refund 50% of the deposit.

SPECIAL PACKAGE AND HOLIDAYS.

• If you cancel a reservation 21 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will refund 100% of the deposit.

• However, if you cancel a reservation less than 21 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will not refund, and it will be at the hotel's discretion to provide a credit letter to be used at a specific time in the future, excluding holidays.

NO SHOW.

• If the guest does not show for the check in, the hotel will wait 24 hours after this period, it will apply the policy in accordance with reservation and cancellation for special package and holidays.
